Getting what you desire
It is not the world, lack of luck, education or money that prevents you from reaching your dreams and getting what you desire, but you. Your life is 100% about you, and no one else. You must condition yourself to be open and willing to receive what you desire. No hard work allowed, easy does it.
The following exercise is designed to help you get what you want, from emotional and material wealth to health and happiness. It will transform your core beliefs on a deep emotional level. What you need to do is to send an email to the Universe describing in vivid detail exactly what you want. The Universe and your own resolve will help you to fulfill any dream or desire that you may have.
What signal (energy) are you sending out to the Universe in your day-to-day existence? Is it clear and consistent or is it muddled with contradictions, fear, negativity, confusion and indecision?
Words do not mean anything; what matters is your resolution and intention on a deep subatomic energy level. You want something but the next moment you doubt your abilities or your energy does not match with this want, and that is why it never materializes. Your intention and resolution on a deep energy level must match with the want. There can be no conflict between your desire and who you are.
Negativity, resistance, avoiding, envy, anger, resentment, complaining, self-doubt, unforgiving or any thought that is not in sync with or contradicts your desire or dream derails your attempt to get what you want.
Positivity, love, joy, enthusiasm, optimism, happiness and contentment all accelerate your speed to your dream. The more joy and happiness you feel, the more you allow yourself to be the success you really are.
When you concentrate on what you don’t want, it is the same as saying that you want it because the Universe or your inner powers does not see any difference between negative or positive energy. These powers are impartial–they give everyone whatever they put their attention to, negative or positive, health or sickness, happiness or misery.
Willingness is what is important here. There can be no internal conflict between what you believe and what you want deep within. You don’t have to find out what the conflict is, trying to figure it out digs you deeper into the negativity and the conflict. Leave it alone and it leaves you alone.
You need to write your email with total passion, intention and belief. You do not want to complain or be a victim. Be positive, optimistic and full of enthusiasm and joy.
Your email could go like this: Take a specific area of your life that you want to improve, like your relationship. You begin your self-talk with what is right with your current relationship.
Reconnect with why you fell in love with your partner in the first place. Talk about all the wonderful qualities that your partner has and all that he or she does to add to the richness of your life. Focus on your love for this person and where you would like your relationship to go, while reflecting on all the good times that you have already shared together. Remember and appreciate all the positive things you have in your relationship, and explore how the bond you share can become even stronger.
If you are experiencing problems in your relationship, you can feel free to discuss your issues in your self-talk. Refrain from blaming your partner, and be willing to take responsibility for your role in the conflicts. Amazingly, it is possible to experience healing without involving your partner in the exercise. You could say something like, “Honey, we seem to be having petty arguments in our relationship, and I feel that this is driving a wedge between us. I know I have been stressed out lately. I am willing for our relationship to get better. I love and appreciate you so much, and so on.” You’ll find the words as you begin. Let ideas flow and see where it takes you. Focus on the positive and speak with love, compassion, forgiveness and understanding at all times.
- Do not to simply deliver a wish list.
- Do not daydream
- Leave out all negative thoughts.
- Do not dilute your conviction with words like wish, try, may or might.
- You must come from a positive position at all times.
- You must show gratitude for what is (how your life is now).
- Your daily thoughts need to be positive and consistent with your desire; they must support it at all times
- Concentrate on having fun, and enjoying your life with a renewed trust that all will be fine.
You can use this method for practically anything. You can use it to resolve issues between you and people you find problematic. It can help you create better relationships with your mate, children, coworkers and parents. You can solve problems with it. Try it for different things and you will be amazed by the results.
